Ministries & Missions of SWBA
The Southwestern Baptist Association exists to serve local churches across Dona Ana, Luna, Sierra, Grant, and Otero counties. We collaborate on ministry initiatives that no single congregation can accomplish alone.
Pastoral Care & Leadership Support
Pastors and ministry staff need support, accountability, and spiritual renewal. SWBA hosts monthly pastor prayer lunches, peer roundtables, conflict coaching, and sabbatical planning for Southern NM ministry leaders.

Disaster Relief New Mexico
In partnership with the Baptist Convention of New Mexico (BCNM), our yellow-cap disaster relief volunteers deploy during fires, floods, and storms to deliver hot meals, chainsaw debris clearing, flood mud-out, and crisis chaplaincy.
Baptist Campus Ministry (BCM - NMSU)
Located right near the New Mexico State University (NMSU) campus in Las Cruces, BCM reaches university students with weekly Bible studies, free Tuesday lunches, mission trips, and leadership discipleship.
Evangelism & Block Party Equipment
SWBA owns fully equipped block party trailers with inflatables, popcorn & snow cone machines, sound systems, and outreach supplies available for member churches to host community festivals and VBS events.
